Legal Framework

Our commitment to compliance. NexBridge operates under El Salvador's Digital Assets Issuance Law and aligns fully with international FATF/GAFI standards.

Regulatory Bodies

The institutions that oversee and authorize NexBridge operations.

CNAD: National Commission for Digital Assets

El Salvador's official public body responsible for regulating digital asset markets. It grants licenses for issuers, approves issuances, certifiers, and digital asset service providers, supervises operations, and ensures that all participants comply with the country's Digital Assets Issuance Law.

CNV: Argentina's Securities Commission

NexBridge is registered as Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP No. 117) under Argentina's Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV), reinforcing regional presence as Argentina's digital asset regulations develop.

Legal Entity Identifier (LEI)

NexBridge holds a global LEI (4469000001EHY0TSFB93) supervised by the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF). This international identifier proves legal identity to regulators, partners, and investors. We are also adopting a vLEI, a next-generation digital credential that will make it easy to verify that each issuance truly comes from NexBridge — adding an extra layer of trust against fraud or impersonation.

DASP License Scope

NexBridge is registered in the CNAD as an Issuer and as a Digital Asset Service Provider, authorized to execute the following activities:

Exchange of digital assets for fiduciary money or equivalent or for other digital assets, either using their own capital or that of a third party.

Evaluation of risk and price, as well as subscription to digital asset issuances.

Place digital assets on digital platforms or wallets.

Promote, structure, and manage all types of investment products in digital assets.

Compliance Features

Built-in safeguards that ensure every issuance meets institutional standards.

KYC / AML

Full identity verification and anti-money laundering checks aligned with FATF/GAFI standards for every participant.

Proof of Reserves

Periodic independent verification by Grant Thornton confirms that all issued tokens are fully backed by underlying assets.*

Investor Protection

Assets are held in segregated custody with regulated counterparties, ensuring complete separation from operational funds.

Daily NAV Updates

Net Asset Value is calculated and published daily, providing real-time transparency on the value of each token.

Transparent Reporting

All key documents, including termsheets and audit reports, are publicly available through the CNAD's official registry.

* Newly launched issuances will produce their first independent attestation report no earlier than 3 months after launch.

Looking Ahead

NexBridge is pursuing additional regulatory authorizations in multiple jurisdictions to enable direct public offerings and broaden compliant distribution, increasing adoption opportunities for investors worldwide.
