USTBL RID Update — September 2025

September 11, 2025

NexBridge has published an updated Relevant Information Document (RID) for USTBL, following its quarterly and semi-annual update cycle as reviewed by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD). This update reflects several important changes to the token's structure, documentation, and technical capabilities.

Key Changes

Yield and Issuer Updates

The updated RID includes a revised yield to maturity for the underlying investment, reflecting current market conditions. Additionally, the issuer description has been enhanced to accurately reflect NexBridge's CNAD registration as both a licensed digital asset issuer and a Digital Assets Service Provider (DASP).

Technical Enhancement: Decimal Expansion

The most significant update in this release is the increase in decimal support from 0 to 6 decimal places. This technical enhancement enables fractional transfers of USTBL tokens, substantially improving operational efficiency and preparing the ground for new use cases within the ecosystem.

Implementing this change requires a token migration process: existing tokens will be burned and replaced with new tokens supporting the expanded decimal precision. Bitfinex Securities, which currently holds 100% of issued tokens, will coordinate the migration process. The migration is scheduled for the end of September 2025.

It is important to note that this migration will not affect the nominal value, pricing, or token holder rights associated with USTBL. The change is purely technical in nature and enhances the token's functionality without altering its economic characteristics.

Additional Updates

Audited financial statements have been added to the documentation, reinforcing NexBridge's commitment to transparency. The Terms and Conditions have also been updated to provide clarified token holder rights, ensuring all participants have clear and comprehensive information about their positions.
